PET

PET is a sustainable technical material made from polyester. Unlike PET-G, which is widely used in 3D printing, it is based on a non-glycol-modified variant of polyethylene terephthalate (PET). The absence of glycol results in a significantly higher stiffness and tensile strength of PET compared to PET-G.
PET can be filled with carbon fibers or glass fibers and then exhibits significantly better temperature and mechanical properties than materials based on PET-G.
