Workday PLA Ingeo 3D850 light blue 1.75mm 1kg - High Tech PLA
Easy printing PLA - after Heat treat better performance than ABS!
The new High Temperatue PLA Ingeo 3D850 prints with ease and has a potential Heat Deflection Temperature (HDT) of as much as 110°C depending on post-processing!
Ingeo Biopolymer 3D850 Technical Data Sheet
Simple postprocessing: Place the final printed object for 10 - 15 min. in the preheated oven at 80 - 130° C. Switch off the oven and let it cool down. After cooling, the object is temperature-resistant at least up to 90° C.
PLA Ingeo3D850 is a robust and high-quality 3D filament, made from biological raw materials, is suitable for all common FDM printer. It is easy to use, making it ideal for the most demanding 3D printing.
Despite the slightly modified composition, our filament retains the familiar and typical properties of PLA. It is thus a little more stable and less brittle than ordinary PLA.
Due to a lower shrinkage factor our PLA Ingeo3D850 will not deform even after cooling.
Polylactic acid is a biodegradable plastic from renewable, natural resources and has thus become the most popular material for 3D printing.
80 - 130 °C
Heated bed temperatur
Due to the low warp effect is not absolutely necessary. Recommended about 35 - 60 ° C
reel hight: 70mm
Hub hole diameter: 53mm
Cool and dry (15-25˚C) and away from UV light. This enhances the shelf life significantly.
Each desktop 3D printer has its own unique characteristics, you might need to tweak around with your temperature settings a bit to obtain the best results. To obtain optimal results for your prints you need to take into account variables like your 3D printer’s nozzle diameter, your printing speed settings, and layer height.
