This filament was produced from NatureWorks Ingeo™ PLA grade 3D850 resin which was specifically developed for 3D printing!
The 3D850 grade exhibits:

- Annealable for even better heat resistance

- Good adhesion to build plates
- Reduced warping & curling
- Low odor
Simple postprocessing: Place the final printed object for 10 - 15 min. in the preheated oven at 80 - 130° C. Switch off the oven and let it cool down. After cooling, the object is temperature-resistant at least up to 90° C.
PLA Ingeo3D850 is a robust and high-quality 3D filament, made from biological raw materials, is suitable for all common FDM printer. It is easy to use, making it ideal for the most demanding 3D printing.
Despite the slightly modified composition, our filament retains the familiar and typical properties of PLA. It is thus a little more stable and less brittle than ordinary PLA.
Due to a lower shrinkage factor our PLA Ingeo3D850 will not deform even after cooling.
Polylactic acid is a biodegradable plastic from renewable, natural resources and has thus become the most popular material for 3D printing.

Cool and dry (15-25˚C) and away from UV light. This enhances the shelf life significantly.
Annealing (Heat Treating) Info
To get the maximum strength out of your 3D printed part, we recommend a post- annealing procedure that could be done in your oven at a range of 80- 130C to promote increased crystallization and further improve the heat deflection temperature.
For best results:
- Preheat the oven or toaster oven.
- Place print on room temperature baking sheet.
- Place baking sheet into oven/toaster oven.
- Wait 30-60 minutes for annealing to complete
- You may see the print take on a milky/matte/opaque color transformation.
- Turn the oven off.
- Wait for oven to cool before removing print.
Shrinkage and/or warping may occur. The degree of shrinkage/warping depends heavily on the part geometry.
Each desktop 3D printer has its own unique characteristics, you might need to tweak around with your temperature settings a bit to obtain the best results. To obtain optimal results for your prints you need to take into account variables like your 3D printer’s nozzle diameter, your printing speed settings, and layer height.
